Abstract：Qi Deficiency is one of important pathogenesis of hypertension. Its essense is the cardiae hypofunction, the imblance of radical metabolism, the disorder of microcir culation.the abnormal viscosity of blood, the abnormality and imbalance of endothelin and calcitonin's gene-related peptide. And its expression follow internal rule,so the therapeutic principle can be divided into tonifymg spleen-qi and strengthening kidney-qi which supplys theoretical proofs for the treatment of hypertention and its complications with tonifying qi method.
