General considerations for the pharmaceutical research of generic drugs of Perampanel Tablets

Abstract：Perampanel Tablets are the first highly selective noncompetitive AMPA receptor antagonist approved by the FDA,with clear efficacy and good tolerability in the treatment of epilepsy.In recent years,it has gradually become a first-line clinical drug,and its domestic generic drug application has become a hot topic.This article summarized the approved market situation at home and abroad through research on relevant literature,and discusses the main focus of pharmaceutical research and requirement for additional strength biowaiver on this variety,aiming to provide some reference for product de-velopment.
