Research progress on the protective effect of drug containing nanoenzymes on acute lung injury and nanoenzyme toxicity

Abstract：Acute lung injury(ALI)is a clinical critical disease characterized by lung inflammation and tissue injury.The main causes include direct lung injury factors such as severe lung infection,as well as indirect lung injury factors such as sepsis.ALI can rapidly develop into acute respiratory distress syndrome with high morbidity and mortality.Nanomaterials are catalysts based on nanomaterials with enzymatic simulation properties,which have higher catalytic activity than common biological enzymes.However,due to their smaller size,they may cause a series of biological safety issues.This article reviewed the protective effect and toxicity research of nanomaterials on acute lung injury.
