Current status analysis and strategic recommendations for the independent cultivation of high-level innovative talents in pharmacy

Abstract：This paper explored the primary models and current implementation status of high-level innovative talent cultivation in the field of pharmacy in China,which includes the successive bachelor-master-doctor cultivating model,the industry-education integration training model,and the"Pharmacy+"cultivating model.It identifies the practical challenges faced by the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in pharmacy,such as the disconnection between educational philosophy and practical application,and the gap between talent structure and model design and the demands of high-quality development.To address these issues,the paper proposed suggestions from three aspects:developing an educational philosophy centered on nurturing talents for the nation,advancing the categorized cultivation of high-level pharmacy talents,and reinforcing the pathway selection for independent cultivation.The aim is to provide references and insightful guidance for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in pharmacy.
