Exploration and reflection on the pathway of bridging undergraduate and postgraduate education in pharmacy

Abstract：In recent years,the number of graduate students majoring in pharmacy is increasing,which puts forward new challenges for the training of high-level pharmaceutical professionals.At present,there are significant differences in teaching contents and modes between pharmaceutical undergraduates and postgraduates majoring in pharmacy.How to make students adapt to the transformation from undergraduate stage to graduate stage as soon as possible,to improve the training quality of higher pharmaceutical talents is a major current challenge.This paper analyzed the disadvantages of the training connection from the undergraduate stage to the graduate stage of pharmacy,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes strategies such as improving the educational system,innovating teaching methods,building platforms that integrate research and education,and strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship practices.The goal is to provide a reference for promoting the reform of pharmaceutical education.
