The practical experience of the teaching concept of"Student-centered,All-round Education"in the teaching of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Abstract：Biochemistry and Molecular Biology are the core courses of"101 Plan"of science of traditional Chinese medicine,and play an important role in promoting the training plan of top students of basic disciplines.According to the re-quirements put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for insisting on education for the Party and the country,insisting on moral education,and running education that the people satisfied with,as well as the high-er requirements put forward by the construction of the"new medical science"for educators,we deeply understand the im-portance of ideological and political education in the cultivation of top talents in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the guiding ideology of"student-centered"and"all-round education",combined with the long-term teaching practice of our biochemistry and molecular biology teaching team,we propose specific implementation strategies such as strengthen the theo-retical learning of the staff and improve their ideological awareness;Explore ideological and political elements that align with the teacher's disciplinary background and professional characteristics;Innovate the teaching mode of ideological and political courses to make the classroom form diverse;Utilize multiple platforms,listen to the needs of students,and implement specific strategies such as using multiple methods simultaneously.This article aims to provide reference for teachers to carry out ideo-logical and political education under the new situation of"all-round education".
