Exploration of the management mode of clinical pharmacy school jointly established bycollege and affiliated hospital under the background of medical-education integration

Abstract：With the establishment and continuous improvement of the clinical pharmacist system,cultivating and delive-ring clinical pharmacy professionals to medical institutions has become an important mission of undergraduate education in clinical pharmacy.To meet this demand,many universities have cooperated with affiliated hospitals through various modes to promote the integration of clinical pharmacy and basic pharmacy.In recent years,the establishment of Clinical Pharmacy College by universities has gradually emerged,creating a new model for clinical pharmacy students to be trained in school for the first three years and in hospitals for the next two years,aiming to effectively improve the clinical practice ability of un-dergraduate students in clinical pharmacy.Based on our hospital's work experience,this article explores in depth the new model of"3+2"undergraduate training in clinical pharmacy.
