Abstract：Neuroimmune inflammation runs through the pathogenesis of many central nervous system diseases such as neuroautoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases.Neuroimmune inflammation has a bidirectional regulatory effect.Under normal physiological conditions,it can eliminate pathogenic factors to protect neurons from injury and promote their recovery.However,chronic inflammatory induced cytotoxicity and excessive inflammatory response will aggravate the damage of neurons.At present,there is no effective drug to treat this kind of disease in clinic,mainly to improve the symptoms,unable to eliminate the cause and side effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely studied for its advantages of high safety,mild action and few side effects.This article summarizes the relevant mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of such diseases.
