Exploring the theory and effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract：Shenqi Fuzheng Injection is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation composed of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus extract,which has achieved good Results in the clinical study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).The purpose of this paper is to further clarify the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical rational application of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection,and to provide ideas for further clinical and experimental research.In this paper,through literature review,theoretical analysis and other Methods to explore the theoretical basis of the use of'Bufei Jianpi method'in the treatment of COPD,analysis of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection'Bufei Jianpi'efficacy and pharmacological effects of the relationship,clinical significance and pharmacovigilance.Through this analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:① Lung and spleen qi deficiency is an important pathogenesis in the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can be treated by"invigorating spleen and tonifying lung method".②Shenqi Fuzheng Injection has the effect of"tonifying lung and invigorating spleen",which is suitable for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.The scientific connotation of its traditional efficacy is related to pharmacological effects such as regulating immunity,protecting lung tissue,and improving digestion and absorption function.③Shenqi Fuzheng Injection has clinical significance in improving clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,lung function,inflammatory index and immune function in the application of COPD.④The application of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection should follow the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to avoid adverse reactions caused by misuse of syndrome types.
