Recent advances of lipase inhibitors

Abstract：Lipase is a key enzyme involved in lipid metabolism,which can be used as a key target for the treatment of obesity.Lipase inhibitors acting on the periphery have the advantages of high efficiency,few side effects.In this paper,the mechanism of lipase and the research progress of lipase inhibitors from chemical synthesis,microorganism and plant are re-viewed,which provide inspiration and ideas for the discovery of more potent natural lipase inhibitors.
