Investigation of the exposure and knowledge attitude practice status of reproductive toxic drugs among pregnant women

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of exposure and knowledge attitude practice status of reproductive toxic drugs among pregnant women,in order to provide a basis for conducting pregnancy pharmacy clinics and health education.Methods Investigate the KAP,social support,and self-efficacy levels of pregnant women in Zaozhuang area,and analyze using SPSS software.Results A total of 109 valid survey questionnaires were collected,among which 6 pregnant women had exposure to reproductive toxic drugs.There are statistical differences in KAP levels due to differences in education level and per capita monthly income(P<0.05).KAP is positively correlated with social support and self-efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusion Pregnant women in Zaozhuang area are exposed to reproductive toxic drugs,and those with low education and income have lower KAP levels.A health education team should be established to develop a KAP improvement plan and strengthen health education.It is recommended that establish pregnancy pharmacy clinics.
