Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the analysis of the main chemical components in the root of Murraya exotica using UPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS.Methods The analysis was performed on Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm)chromatographic column, with 0.1%formic acid water(A)-0.1%formic acid acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase for gradient elution.MS1 and MS2 data of samples were collected in positive and negative ion mode,respective-ly.Results By deducing the fragmentation rule of mass spectrometry, comparing with the reference substance, literature data and mass spectrometry database,63 components were preliminarily identified from the root of M.exotica, mainly inclu-ding coumarins, flavonoids, alkaloids, adenosine, etc.Among them,26 components were discovered from M.exotica for the first time. Conclusion This method can provide a basis for elucidating the pharmacological substance basis of root of M.ex-otica.
