Abstract：Herpes zoster is an acute infectious herpes caused by varicella-zoster virus,who has the characteristic of unilateral and distributed according to nerve segment,it consists of a cluster of herpes and with neuralgia.This article summarizes the domestic and foreign related clinical literature reports from three aspects:pathogenesis,pathologic diagnosis and treatment measures,which is to provide the basis for clinical treatment.
