Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shenrong Yiqi Zhuyang Capsule by HPLC method

Abstract：Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shenrong Yiqi Zhuyang Capsule.Methods The determination was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(50∶50) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results The method showed good linear relationship within the range of 10～200μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 97.58%(RSD=1.65%).Conclusion The established method was accurate,reliable and simple,which can be used for the quantitative analysis of Shenrong Yiqi Zhuyang Capsule.
