Factor analysis on fragmentation of polypropylene combination closures of plastic infusion containers

Abstract：Objective To analysis the influencing factors of fragmentation when the polypropylene combination closures being penetrated,reduce the amount of the fragmentation by improving combination closures.Methods The best combination closures were decided by researching the effect of the structure and material of combination closures to the fragmentation of combination closures.Results Increase the amount of the elastomers in inner cover,increase the rubber content of gasket and reduce the thickness of the puncture may evidently improve the resist fragmentation properties of the combination closures.Conclusion This paper improved the resist fragmentation properties of the combination closures by analyzing factors influencing on fragmentation of combination closures.
