Abstract：Objective To explore an approach and method for clinical pharmacist work in pharmaceutical care in sec-ondary hospital.Methods Providing drug administration regimens and dosage adjustment for septic shock caused by mis-management after right knee joint replacement.ResuIts The infection got well control and effective treatment.ConcIusion Clinical pharmacists in secondary hospital need to be developed in multiple disciplines.
