Study on stability and solubility in the acid and alkali of cordycepin extracting solution from Paecilomyces Cicadae

Abstract：Objective To study the stability and solubility in acid and alkali of cordycepin extracting solution,and pro-vide a foundation for further development and utilization of cordycepin.Methods The stability and solubility in the acid and alkali of cordycepin were studied by making use of 75% ethanol and 45 ℃ ultrasonic wave extraction of cordycepin.Re-sults The stability of cordycepin for light was poor,light could cause it to decompose;The stability for temperature was not high;In vitamins,vitamin A was not conducive to the preservation of cordycepin,vitamin B,vitamin C,vitamin E were all conducive to the preservation;With alkaline solution enhanced,the solubility of cordycepin was slightly reduced.With the a-cidity of solution reinforcing,the solution of cordycepin was reduced.Conclusion Through the preliminary study on the sta-bility of cordycepin extracting solution,to provide a foundation for further development and utilization of cordycepin.
