Discovery and cultivation of innovative talents in pharmacy in the teaching of natural medicinal chemistry

Abstract：Objective To find a practical mode for the discovery and cultivation of innovative talents in pharmacy. Methods The mode was established to discover the talents accurately and improve their innovative abilities in the course of natural medicinal chemistry,based on the detailed design targeting at the specific phases in the studying cycle comprising'learning-thinking-practicing-thinking-learning'.Results This mode acted in the practical teaching activities and reaches the expectation.Conclusion This mode could be applied in the teaching of the other special courses of pharmacy.
