Abstract：The origin and development of the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process.Scholars have made extensive and profound studies on mechanisms of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and put forward a series of theories,which laid a foundation on the pathophysiology mechanism of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in-jury.This article summarized progress on mechanisms of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,in order to provide the refer-ences for the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
