Research progress of molecular targeted antitumor drugs

Abstract：Malignant tumor is always a serious threat to human life,and the traditional treatment methods and treatment drugs have been far from meeting the clinical needs. In recent years,with the development of molecular biology,molecular targeted drug delivery system and targeted anticancer drugs have made breakthrough progress,which brings new hope to pa-tients with malignant tumor. Many targeted drugs have shown great advantages in clinical trials and are approved for clinical treatment of malignant tumors,and better results have been obtained. There are also potential therapeutic agents for the treat-ment of malignant tumors. This paper mainly focused on the molecular targeted drug delivery system and its application in tumor treatment.
