Abstract：Inflammation play a critical role in the pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis.IKK/NF -κB signaling pathway have effects on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and could provide novel treatment strategies for rheumatoid arthritis.This article summarized the role of IKK/NF -κB signal pathway in the rheumatoid arthritis and its underlying mechanism,studies of correlated drugs.
