Isolation and identification of related substances from raw material of Breviscapine
Abstract：Objective To isolate and identify the related substances from raw material of breviscapine.Methods Four related substances were isolated from raw material of breviscapine by reversed -phase preparative HPLC,and their chemical structures were identified by HR -MS and NMR.Results The four related substances were identified as 6 -hydroxykaempferol -7 -O -β-D -glucuronopyranoside (1),apigenin -7 -O -β-D -glucuronide (2),scutellarein (3)and apigenin (4).All compounds were separated from raw material of breviscapine for the first time,and compound 1 was a new related substance from raw material of breviscapine.Conclusion The material basis of breviscapine had been initially clarified,which may provide scientific basis for quality control.
