The application of anti - hypertension medicine in one second grade class - A hospital

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of anti - hypertension medicine in outpatients about one second grade class - A hospital. Methods 1 953 outpatient service prescriptions was selected randomly. There was 147 prescrip-tions using anti - hypertension medicine,accounted for the total 7. 53% . And the traditional Chinese medicine application had prescription 15,other 132 were to the western medicine application. These 132 prescriptions were analyzed. Results The uses of anti - hypertension medicine were 6 categories of 19 varieties. The maximum of use ratio was calcium antagonist (48. 48% ),next was the blood vessel tense elementⅡacceptor antagonist(21. 97% )and β - acceptor retarder(19. 7% ). In 19 varieties,the amounts of medicine for drug utilization index > 1 were 5,and 73. 68% belonged to the reasonable medi-cation. Conclusion The rational use of anti - hypertension medicine can enhance efficacy and reduce side effect.
