Abstract：At present,great progress has been obtained the related experimental studies on treatment of vascular cogni-tive impairment(VCI)pathogenesis and mechanism of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database of nearly five years of data,with experimental study as the breakthrough point,This paper an-alyzed,generalized,summarized and reviewed the pathogenesis and treatment mechanism of VCI,to provide experimental ba-sis for further prevention treatment of VCI.
