Determination of neohesperidin,naringin,imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish a methods for the simultaneous determination of neohesperidin,naringin,imperator-in and isoimperatorin in Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules by HPLC and control its quality. Methods Capcell PAK C18 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was methanol - water gradient elution,the wavelength was 230 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 . Results The linear ranges of neohesperidin,naringin,imperatorin and isoimperator-in were 0. 083 92 ~ 4. 196 μg(r = 0. 999 9),0. 083 68 ~ 4. 184 μg(r = 0. 999 8),0. 024 48 ~ 1. 224 μg(r = 0. 999 9), 0. 022 8 ~ 1. 14 μg(r = 0. 999 9),respectively. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and can be used for the quality supervisory of Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules.
