Study on antiviral effect of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid in vitro

Abstract：Objective To observe the antiviral effect of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid in vivo and vitro. Meth-ods The experiment was divided into Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid group,Shuanghuanglian control group,Ribavirin control group,virus control group and blank control group. Hep - 2 cultivation method was adopted to against RSV,EV71, COXB3,HSV1 virus,and MDCK against the H1N1 virus. OD value was detected by MTT method and the median effective concentration,median toxic concentration and treatment index were calculated. Results Oral liquid can inhibit RSV,COXB3, H1N1 and EV71,median effective concentrations were 0. 003 8,0. 006 1,0. 003 6,0. 008 6,0. 001 0 mg·mL -1 ,respectively, and the median toxic concentration of Hep - 2 cells TC50 = 0. 064 mg·mL -1 ,TC50 of MDCK cells = 0. 032 mg·mL -1 ,the therapeutic index TI were 16. 7,10. 4,17. 8,32. 3,respectively. There had no inhibition on HSV1 virus. Experiments in vitro indicated that comparing with Shuanghuanglian control group,children with Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid high,mid-dle dose group had same effects of anti H1N1,RSV virus. Conclusion Oral liquid had good effects of anti RSV,EV71, COXB3 and H1N1 virus in vitro.
