Determination of linarin in Yinhuangjiedu Capsules by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of linarin in Yinhuangjiedu Capsules. Methods HPLC method was adopted with eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel column. Mobile phase was methanol -water - glacial acetic acid(26:23:1),and ultraviolet detector were used. Results There was a good linear relationship be-tween the peak area of linarin and sample in the range of 8. 08 ~ 56. 56,r = 0. 999 8,and the recovery of sample was 99. 40%(n = 6),RSD = 0. 92% . Conclusion The method was feasible,reproducible,and can effectively control the qual-ity of Yinhuangjiedu Capsules.
