Preparation and determination of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Cream

Abstract：Objective To prepare Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Cream and establish the determination meth-od. Methods Lomefloxacin hydrochloride as main medicine,its content was determinated by HPLC. Results The lome-floxacin hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in 12 ~ 28 μg·mL - 1 ,A = - 1. 747 6 × 104 + 6. 534 4 × 104 C(r =0. 999 8),the average recovery was 99. 74% with RSD of 0. 39%. Conclusion The prescription was reasonable and prep-aration technological was easy. The method of determination was simple and accurate.
