Observation of therapeutic effect of Itopride Hydrochloride on functional dyspepsia

Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Itopride Hydrochloride on functional dyspepsia. Methods Selected 60 cases of functional dyspepsia patients in our health institute as the research object,they were equally divided in-to observation group and control group,each group included 30 cases. Observation group was treated with Itopride Hydro-chloride,control group was treated with domperidone. The effects of two groups of patients were statistically analyzed after 1 month. Results After 1 months of treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 93. 4% ,the effective rate of control group was 73. 3%. The treatment effect of observation group was significantly better and had less adverse reactions than con-trol group,the two groups had significant difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Using Itopride Hydrochloride on functional dyspepsia patients was quite effective,high safety,and had less side effect. The patient satisfaction was high,and it was worth to promote.
