The clinical effect of Moxifloxacin Injection combined with Xiyanping Injection in treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moxifloxacin Injection combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods Eighty - six cases of patients with community acquired pneu-monia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Moxifloxacin Injection combined with Xiyanping Injection while the control group was given Moxifloxacin Injection on-ly. After treatment,the clinical efficacy and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups,two groups’ course were 7 ~ 14 d. Results The total clinical effective rate was 95. 3% in treatment group and 79. 1% in control group. There was significant difference between two group in the clinical efficacy(P < 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reac-tions. Conclusion Moxifloxacin Injection combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of community acquired pneu-monia can achieve good clinical efficacy,and it should be popularized application.
