Research of flexible liposome preparation procedure of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract：Flexible liposomes is a new dermal drug administration transport and dilivery system. It is generally used for transdermal absorption,nasal absorbption and so on. It can transport various kinds of polarity drug to lookthrough skin,have characteristics of good affinity of skin,safty and avirulent,flexibility,permeability. This article summarized several preparation methods of flexible liposomes which encapsulated traditional Chinese medicine in recent a decade. On the basis of general processes,several new techniques and new methods that can be used to optimize the preparation procedure of flexible lipo-some loaded traditional Chinese medicine were introduced.
