Abstract：Hypericin is a natural photosensitizer and targeting drug for the tumor derived from the plant Hypericum per-forantum,but its hydrophobicity limit the application in clinical tests. This article reviewed the characteristic and the appli-cation of anti - tumor in nano - preparation of hypericin. With current research situation,to provide the basis for the further design and application of hypericin nano - system.
