Determination of Mianserin Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Mianserin Hydrochloride Tablets. Meth-ods A Shiseido C8 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used for the separation,with 0. 02 mol·L - 1 sodium octane sulfonate - methanol(40:60)as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 . The determination wavelength was 279 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of mianserin hydrochloride was 0. 026 7 ~ 0. 428 mg·mL - 1(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 21% with RSD of 0. 36%(n= 9). Conclusion This method was simple,accurate,and can be used for the determination of Mianserin Hydrochloride Tablets.
