Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of short(18~25 nucleotides in length),no-coding,single-stranded RNAs that regulate gene expression. Numerous investigations have supported the role of miRNAs in the initiation and pro-gression of human cancer,as well as in inflammation, which are also known to be regulated by NF-κB. This article summa-rized the latest research results on the action in NF-κB signaling.
