Analysis of volatilis components′variation in decoction before and after Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd matched-pairs

Abstract：Objective To research the volatilis components′variation in decoction before and after Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd matched-pairs. Methods The decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd and each herb were extracted by bulliens aqua,the contents ofα-asaricin andβ-asaricin in the decoction were determined by GC. Results The contents of α-asaricin and β-asaricin in the decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd were 0. 048% and 0. 812%. The contents ofα-asaricin andβ-asaricin in the decoction of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott were 0. 049% and 1. 012%. Conclusion After the match of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd,the content ofβ-asaricin was decreased obviously(P<0. 05),but there was not obviously change of α-asaricin.
