Abstract：It's a major task for higher medical education to train the pharmaceutical talents with scientific innovation a-bility. And research practice is an effective approach to achieve this aim. Encouraging students to participate in the process of research through multiple forms and means and thus bring up them with certain innovative spirits and abilities,is a major means to establish the training mode of talents who adapt to the times requires.
