Abstract：Chitosan as a positive linear polysaccharide,has good biodegradability,biocompatibility and pharmacological effects,using chitosan as scaffold basedproduction,can provide a good 3D environment for the growth of cell adhesion, growth and proliferation,has obtained the widespread application in the medical dressing,department of orthopedics materi-als,drug carrier.
