Study on antibacterial effects of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid in vitro and in vivo activity

Abstract：Objective To observe the antibacterial effects of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid in vitro and in vivo. Methods Using the method of two-fold agar dilution to determine the MIC values of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid for a variety of clinical isolates,and evaluate the antibacterial activity in vitro of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid;Using the method of intraperitoneal injection to infect the mice,then observe the rates of mice mortality within 7 d. Results Xiao-er Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid had certain antibacterial activity in vitro on bacteria including a variety of gram positive and gram negative bacteria,it afforded some protection for the death of mice by bacteria. Conclusion Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid had obvious antibacterial effects.
