Abstract：Objective To find out the influencing factors of leakage of non — PVC soft infusion,and raise control meas-ures. Methods By analyzing the control information of packing material and process of production,to find out the effect of packing material and process of production on non — PVC soft infusion. To definite the optimal production process by combi-ning with testing and production experience. Results and Conclusion Product packaging materials,welding parameters, product characteristics,production process,packaging and transportation had a direct relationship for leakage of non — PVC soft infusion,and optimizing the production process can reduce the leakage of the products.
