Effect on the HaCaT cell generation cycle and serum IL -2,TNF - α of Psoriasis samPle model mice treating by Zidanyinxie particle

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Zidanyinxie Particle for mice psoriasis sample. Methods All the mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Zidanyinxie Particle high dosage group,Zidanyinxie Particle middle dosage group,Zidanyinxie Particle small dosage group,and positive control group,each group had 10 mice,gavaged. Prepared serum containing drug,concentration was Zidanyinxei Particle 2,4,8,16,32 g·L — 1 , Tretinoin Tablets 8 g·L — 1 . In vitro test,to detect the effect of Zidanyinxie Particle in HaCaT cell generation cycle;In vivo test,after giving relevant drugs,to observe serum IL — 2 and TNF — α of vaginal epithelial pathological model mice. Results In vitro experiments,compared with model control group,cell proliferation was significantly reduce in the Zidanyinxie Par-ticle high dosage group,Zidanyinxie Particle middle dosage group,P < 0. 05. In vivo studies,compared with normal control group,the number of mitotic vaginal epithelial cells were significantly increased in model group,P < 0. 05,and compared with model control group,the number of mitotic vaginal epithelial cells were significantly decreased in Zidanyinxie Particle high dosage group,Zidanyinxie Particle middle dosage group,P < 0. 05. Conclusion Zidanyinxie Particle could inhibited the proliferation of HaCaT cell and reduced the Serum IL — 2,TNF — α content of mice model significantly,this may be one of the mechanisms of Zidanyinxie Particle in treating psoriasis.
