Analysis on 328 ADR cases of out-patients in our hospital

Abstract:objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions( ADR)of out-pa-tients occurred in our hospital. Methods 328 cases of ADR cases collected in our out-patient dispensary in 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In total 328 ADR cases,ADR incidence of female(70. 73%)was obviously higher than the male(29. 27%). 56. 10% of ADR cases were induced via oral route drugs and 41. 77% were induced via intravenous route drugs. 27. 74% of ADR cases were caused by the cardiovascular system drugs,followed by the antibiotic and cerebral system drugs. Among the antibiotic,28 cases were caused by cephalosporins and 25 cases by macrolide. The main clinical manifestations of ADR cases were injury of digestive system(25. 77%). Conclusion More attention should be paid to the ADR monitoring to provide reference for clinical rational use of drug and ensure the safe use of drugs.
