Abstract：Transformation of economic development mode and adjustment of economic structure need undergraduate col-leges and universities turn and develop into application technology type,increase efforts to train more specifications and di-verse application or compound talents. The demanding for application,innovative talents is more urgent in pharmaceutical industry as a national strategic support of high-tech industry. It needs undergraduate colleges and universities transforma-tion and reform pharmacy specialty innovative cultivation model to improve the quality of pharmacy personnel training.
