Determination of various heavy metals in health food by plasma mass spectrometry

Abstract：To determine the lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,chromium and nicdel in health tea by the microwave diges-tion and plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The concentrations and the responses of every element showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0~8 μg · L-1 ,the correlation coefficient of the determination of every element are higher than 0. 999. The average recoveries of every element were at the range of 91. 7% ~99. 7% and the precisions of every element were at the range of 0. 56% ~1. 71%. The detection limits of every element was lower than 1. 0 μg·dg-1 .
