Research on medium preparation and sterilization storage period in drug test

Abstract：objective To ensure the quality of every batch of prepared media which meet CH. P. 2010 edition,to vali-date the preparation methods,storage condition and the storage period after sterilization. Methods Randomly chose each two bottles of the 7 dinds dehydrated medium,to culture in accordance with the provisions of applicable CH. P. 2010 edi-tion. In addition,three independent tests were carried out respectively. The medium preparation method and storage period after sterilization were determined. Results and Conclusion All the experiments were satisfied CH. P. requirements.
