Abstract：Each country is pushing the pharmaceutical industry planning and development strategy based on science and technology policy actively,China also hope industrial policy can promote pharmaceutical innovation. The article used DEA evaluation method to analyze the effectiveness of Chinese pharmaceutical science and technology policy from 2006 to 2011,presented that at present the pharmaceutical industry had a certain innovation base. And it concluded the suggestions of China pharmaceutical science and technology policy decision and implementation through the comparison of pharmaceuti-cal science and technology policy in the developed countries.
