Abstract：Ozagrel is a medicine of antiplatelet aggregate,and widely used in clinical practice. In order to find low tox-icity and high yield method to synthesize ozagrel or it's salts. We have a reviewed to synthetic routes of ozagrel,and it pro-vide a reference for ozagrel synthesis.
