Abstract：Objective To synthesize water -soluble prodrug of quinoxaline-alanine hydroxy quinocetone hydrochlo-ride,and improve its solubility. MetHods Using 2-nitroaniline as starting materials to synthesize alanine hydroxy quinocetone hydrochloride. Results The target compound was synthesized,its structure was validated by 1 H-NMR. CoNclusioN Target compounds had a very substantial increase in water-soluble. The technology was simple,feasible and suitable for industrial production.
