Abstract：Objective To prepare Metoprolol Succinate Extended-release Tablets that release profile is similar with Betaloc. MetHods Using orthogonal test to optimize the prescription of Metoprolol Succinate Extended-release Tablets;Drawing the in-vitro release profile by HPLC,and calculating the value of F2 . Results The SD value of each sampling time of the three batches was less than 2%,the values of F2 were 92. 6,91. 5,87. 2,respectively. CoNclusioN The results showed that the prescription was stability and release profile was similar to the commercially available tablets.
