Abstract：Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Anidulafungin for Injection. MetHods A stable HPLC method was established,and the chromatography was accomplished on a Welch Ultimate XB-C8( 4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of 0. 03 mol·L-1 sodium hydrogen phosphate solution( adjust pH to 5. 0 by 0. 5 mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution)-acetonitrile(70:30),the detection wavelength was 227 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 25. 13~175. 92 μg·mL-1(r=0. 999 8);The av-erage recovery was 99. 53% with corresponding RSD of 0. 45%. CoNclusioN The method was exclusive of strong,high ac-curacy,and can be used for the quality control of Anidulafungin for Injection.
