DetermiNatioN of esculiN aNd esculetiN iN FuxiekaNg Tablets by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish a determination method of esculin and esculetin in Fuxiekang Tablets by HPLC. MetHods HPLC method was set up,column was Kromasil C18 ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphate acid solution(8:92),with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 334 nm,column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of esculin was 47. 2~472 ng,r=0. 999 0,the average recovery was 101. 09%. The linear range of esculetin was 45. 6~456 ng,r=0. 999 2,the average recovery was 100. 51%. CoNclusioN The method was sim-ple,accurate and stable,which can be used for the quality control of Fuxiekang Tablets.
